Grove Park is a major business park of around 43 hectares right in the heart of the Midland's very well placed just off the junction of the M1 and M69.
We created a site master plan based upon a green park office campus environment, with separate areas for both warehousing and further industrial buildings based over an approximate built area of 10,777m² (116,000ft²).
