As part of a long-term development programme, JWA provided a range of services for Barratt Homes including planning drawings and site plans for this fast-track 48 plot development of two, three and four bedroom homes.
In addition, we provided a full construction package consisting of 12 different house types in a range of terrace, semi-detached and detached homes, as well as eight garage types.
Each design incorporated the latest energy saving technology with bespoke floor plans and finishes in keeping with the locality and planning requirements.
The first phase of the development is now complete and these homes proved to be a very popular choice for buyers.
